This site does one thing with your data: the drop list.
We do not buy data about you, we do not sell or rent your data to anyone, and we do not use automated profiling or advertising trackers on this site.
Only service providers that make the site work: our web hosting provider, and, once the list is live on an email platform, that email service provider, acting on our instructions. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe (every email we send includes an unsubscribe link) or until you ask us to delete it. We remove inactive addresses periodically. Server logs are retained by our host for a short rolling period.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw consent. Email info@vnm.energy and we will act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority (or, if you are in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
VNM is a high-caffeine product and this site is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If that has happened, tell us and we will delete it.
vnm.energy is operated by SIGMA Drinks Limited, 85 Governors Street, Gibraltar. By using the site you accept these terms. The site is a brand showcase and waitlist. It does not currently sell products, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
VNM Energy is a high-caffeine drink (100mg per 330ml can; 30.3mg/100ml). It is not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women or persons sensitive to caffeine. It contains MILK. Everything on this site (the VNM name and bolt device, the "No Antidote!" mark, photography, video, copy and code) belongs to SIGMA Drinks Limited or its licensors. The phone wallpapers offered on the site are for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else requires our written permission first: info@vnm.energy.
Don't attack, scrape, spoof or overload the site; don't misrepresent an affiliation with VNM; don't use the site in breach of applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the site and its users.
